We (husband, wife and 3 year old son) had gone for a vacation from the 2nd till the 7th of September 2023. From the moment we checked in to the hotel, we experienced top class service first, from the wonderfully cheerful elderly doorman dressed in traditional Thai attire at the main hotel entrance door who was on duty on the 2nd of September when we checked in. My 3 year old son enjoyed speaking and playing with this cheerful man. Secondly, from Numthep at the reception. It was my birthday and she went the extra mile by sending me a birthday cake to my room and also ensured a smooth check in process. At the Ruenton Restaurant, the food quality was excellent and there was yet another display of top class service by Ning and Kae. Ning remembered my specific tea order every morning and also my husband's coffee order and would have them ready when we sat at our table. Kae also went the extra mile in providing top class customer service. Also, a very pretty and talented Thai lady plays a traditional Thai instrument in the hotel lobby in the evening. Very decent sized swimming pool and good gym on the 3rd floor. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday made even better with amazing staff and service.

The room was amazing, we stayed on the 17th floor and the view was unreal. The gym had everything you need. The staff were so friendly. The whole hotel is beautiful

The staff were so helpful. They moved our room due to faint smoky smell and allowed us a late checkout due to low season. The bed was the best we have ever slept in.

The kids were wowed by the hotel particularly the modern toilet and the temperature of the pool! The kids loved the location particularly Lumphini Park and the red light district!

One of the best hotels I have stayed so far. The care for details, the excellent breakfast, the wonderful bed and linen, the lights... and most of all the welcoming attitude of each staff member. In addition, a personalized welcome and follow-up by the hotel manager.

Charming building with beautiful decor in the lobby area. Rooms renovated fully , bright and with a nice character . The General manager would greet you personally at breakfast , very hospitable. Nice size gym for exercise and a friendly doorman with a big smile to greet you and help you start your day.

Recent renovation is really spectacular and the lobby/ bar/ breakfast area is delightful big open spaces and beautifully decorated. The staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast had a great range of options including western/ asian dishes, all delicious and could be made to order. Coffee not so great however for a five star hotel.
